Look no further! The Redbridge C.C. has been based in this area since 1985 and welcomes new enrolments. Our members meet on the first and third Tuesday in every month at North Weald Village Hall, situated in the middle of the village on the B181 road.
Our Club name came about in 1972 when two Clubs, the Rapier R.C. and the Buccaneers C.C. disbanded and formed the Redbridge C.C., a name that members are reluctant to change.
We can offer you Sunday Club Runs (starting at North Weald and Chigwell Row) and short runs on several Thursday evenings in the summer months starting and finishing at North Weald. We have a comprehensive Club Time Trial programme providing events from early March to mid-October at varying distances and in early September we have an inter-club 25 miles event against an Australian club based in Brisbane. We also promote an ERRL Road Race in July each year.
The Club promotes Social events in the Winter months which are quite popular and an Annual Dinner, Dance and Prize Presentations in February.
